Performance Data Platform
A team-built platform that pulls signals from several upstream systems and in-house capture layers into one queryable record. Used for monitoring, risk flagging, benchmarking, and AI-assisted insights.
I contributed here, I didn't build it. Roughly 40 commits against a codebase over 1,300. It's on the list because working inside a large multi-team data system is its own skill, and because I worked the integration boundary between it and Everstream directly.

What it integrates
Signals come from several upstream measurement, scheduling, and assessment systems, plus in-house capture layers. They get reconciled into one record per subject that the rest of the platform can query. The specific systems are the client's architecture, not mine, so I'm not detailing them here.
What I worked on
Mostly the shared data model and the integration boundary. I introduced a common set of types the existing tables could be read through, so the rest of the platform could stop special-casing every source. It shipped without breaking anything already running.
